Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5034077.
This tree is dying, as identified by an independent arborist. It regular drops branches on the pathway to the house and there are dead branches (longer than a person) joining the main trunk that will eventually drop. In addition, there are two phone lines running directly through the tree to No.'s 98/100, that have dying branches beginning to push the lines down. The lady who lives at No. 96 is 87 years of age and will not leave the house there is windy weather for fear of being hurt. It is only a matter of time before a major branch failure causing damage to a person or property; at this point, the issue will become a different story.

We have assessed the issue and it needs to be inspected by a qualified arborist. The time it will take to carry out the inspection will depend on the priorities of the arborist. We will update your report once we have more information.
