The grass has been allowed to completely overgrow the path to the road that was there which became broken and unstable - gateway to 90 Lime Tree Avenue. My 82 year old mother has trouble walking over the grass safely to the road and cannot walk to the next safe path due to mobility issues. This has been ongoing a while but was not reported due to my mother living alone until recently.
