On the northern corner of manchester rd and Victoria street junction, there are two fully blocked drains

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5022122.

These drains need properly cleaning , as used to be the case, as the flooding is dangerous and many elderly people use this pavement. The foot way stays totally flooded after any rain
