Southwest of junction Chorley Hall Lane and Ryleys Lane Alderley Edge. Grid ref SJ 83707 78212

Reported via desktop in the Footway category anonymously at 16:44, Fri 8 September 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4973628.

This is a well used footway between Alderley Edge Village, and the village cemetary. At this point the footway narrows to around 12 inches, and traffic come round the corner at excessive speed, passing very close to pedestrians. Please can we have some action to restore the full width of the path. Thank you.
