Speed restriction signs needed
Reported via desktop in the Conditions of Signs category anonymously at 08:01, Tue 5 September 2023
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4959450.
Following more than one report of a 'near misses' with pedestrians, the speed signage on and around Moss Lane needs to be repaired, replaced, upgraded. Cars currently flying along Moss Lane. One resident (pedestrian) has had traumatic near miss with a quiet electric car, speeding along the road, and the driver stopped and confronted the pedestrian saying SHE was in wrong as it's all a 60mph road. Please consider erecting signs, or replacing the road painted speed restriction which has worn away. This is an accident waiting to happen in my opinion
