Absolute joke and farce poor mentality to fixing a issue

Reported via iOS in the Carriageway category anonymously at 10:40, Sun 3 September 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4953152.

This says everything about the mentality to fix g and resolving issues on Moss Lane, it is abundantly clear highways are failing miserably on Moss Lane and treat all homeowners with utter contempt.

Dumping of excess tarmac by lazy highways workers who see Moss Lane as a dumping ground on the first layby on Moss Lane by Parkers Rd junction instead of using it to fill loads of issues on Moss Lane shows lack of integrity and responsibility to Maintain a highway properly.

Laying tarmac on soggy wet mud is a joke then to have a highways worker say it won't last long as he is doing the job is a bigger insult to every pedestrian and road user on Moss Lane and tells the residents that Highways management are no longer fit for there jobs first rule laying tarmac is to make sure a clean sound surface NOT soggy wet mud full of water look at the photos water coming through the tarmac minutes after being laid by Highways workers.
