The mains water stop valve and access point has been tarmaced over. United Utilities have been out to locate the point which they have marked with a blue cross. The water cover is visible on the streetview photo from 2009 but then has been tarmaced over by 2017. This needs to be uncovered to allow access to stopvalve to be able to turn water off to property.
