Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4928463.

I am confused. Last night I reported two street lights still off outside 9 and 15 woodside. It's been nearly one month now. Engineers did arrived over a week ago but lights only stayed on for a short time. Today we received two emails stating the work was completed. Then another saying action scheduled. Please confirm ASAP what is happening.
