The first & last section of Newgate
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4921468.
There are some potholes as you enter the lane but the final section is atrocious. I’m emailing as one of the staff from Newgate (Alex) hit one this evening on his bike, fell off and was almost hit by a vehicle travelling behind him. He’s badly shaken & cut so I had to take him (& his bike) home. I’d be surprised if this hadn’t already been flagged up as the Road is in a generally poor state making it dangerous for cars, bikes and pedestrians. I’m not sure if it’s all highway but if so the whole Lane needs urgent attention before something more serious happens.
