Again another pothole has appeared, in the same patch it's previously had "patchwork" repairs yet again same as before HGV trucks are going over it and with their heavy load it shakes the road and my house is shaking when they go over it it's keeping my children awake who sleep at the rear of the house and the noise is quite loud. I'm sick of reporting this you patch it but it reappears after 8weeks the whole section of road needs resurfacing not patching if it's not done I am contacting a structural engineer to come and take a look and environmental health for the noise
