Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4868283.

Home owners have recently dug up the road surface and subsurface. They have now made the approach to the junction very unsafe as they have installed stone setts into what was the road surface and installed a resin effect surface. This has narrowed the road and junction unacceptably and I am not certain that this surface is suitable for the highway
