Flooding occurs with the slightest rain here and only clears through traffic splash. If the gully can't be cleared soon, please can you at least put warning signs up as, due to being on a bend, cyclists and horse riders are forced round it on the wrong side of the road...at which point they are faced with oncoming (unsighted) traffic.
