Rosemonte, sound lane

Reported via mobile in the Carriageway category anonymously at 21:50, Tuesday 25 July 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4825543.

We have recently moved into the property and out of the 4 days we have been there 2 days of these the driveway has flooded. The neighbours advised that the Wrenbury Heath Road was closed off and grass verge added outside the Rosemonte property a few years ago, prior to this the road surface water used to run along the lane and into a local grid. This is no longer the case and water is now gathering outside the property gates from 2 roads, there is n where for the water to run, only to build up and flood the drive, it requires ACO type drains putting in with a soak away into the grass verge or redirecting into the drain which was covered.
