A tree in the open space next to the garages and across from No1 Mellor Street, Crewe, looks to be diseased and dangerous. As the photo shows the bark is breaking away and there looks to be disease in the trunk, this has been reported previously and the tree has deteriorated since then to a dangerous condition. Could this please be checked.
