This is YOUR DITCH it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to maintain to keep it free of obstacles and free to flowing water IT IS NOT EITHER

The water gets half way and stops due to obstacles and height in the middle being higher than the end thus the water cannot flow up hill it needs to flow down hill which it is not.

FORMAL WARNING : Unless you maintain this and unblock it and lower the higher part so that water can flow down the ditch by 12 NOON FRIDAY 21st July 2023 I will make a formal complaint against CEBC Highways and CEO Lorraine O’Donnell for failing to act to prevent flooding.

I have a zero tolerance of a council dept acting negligent and failing to act in accordance with their legal obligations as a drainage authority and as required under the Land Drainage Act.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THIS IS THE 12th report on this matter and you have still not resolved it therefore It will be taken to the LGSCO.

Do not breach the law or the Equality Act 2010 by ignoring me or your legal responsibilities.
