Reported via iOS in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 18:14, Sun 16 July 2023
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4792565.
Stop to BS about priority and risk.
You (CEBC Highways) have sent thousands of cars and truck vans and hgvs down moss lane without a care in the world because none of you live on Moss Lane.
Your passing point! YOUR responsibility to maintain! Your land your responsibility to stop it collapsing into the ditch!
CEBC know full well that the LGSCO has ruled on this matter and now you are sticking the fingers up at the LGSCO.
NOTICE 2 if you CEBC Highways do not act to stop this collapse of your passing point into the ditch and put in measures to stop traffic from doing it again by 12 Noon Friday 21st July 2023 I will make a formal Complaint by 1300hrs on 21/7/23 ready for it to be sent directly to the LGSCO as a complaint against CEBC CEO Lorraine O’Donnell and CEBC Highways for failing to act to stop flooding and intentional Collapse of the ditch that Highways knows full well which will flood our property.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THIS AND OTHER WARNINGS WILL BE USED AS EVIDENCE IN MY COMPLAINT TO THE LGSCO

Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.
Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.
We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries and we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience.
