Gullies Outside 98 Knutsford Wilmslow

All three of these gullies are blocked, one outside 98 Knutsford Rd Wilmslow, one outside 59a Knutsford Rd and one outside 92 Knutsford RDWhen it rains the excess water runs down the driveway of 98 Knutsford Rd and floods the garden and driveway. At the last inspection of these gullies 2 contained 100% silt and the third was 75% silted. I have attached 3 photos showing the water at my doorstep, another showing water overflowing the kerb and running down my drive and a third showing the water in the road outside 59a. As I can only attach 3 photos I could not include the photo showing the debris on the drive when the water subsided. I have written to both councillors for my ward to inform them of this complaint.
