We are yet AGAIN experiencing flooding after heavy rain which the drainage system outside the property cannot cope with. This seriously needs attention and the gulley/drains clearing as they do not allow anywhere enough drainage of excess surface water. This now happens every time we get more than just a shower. Please can I get confirmation of receipt of this email and what action can be taken. Thank you. Kind regards, Mark Tonks (Resident/home Owner)
