Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4695635.

The whole of the top service has gone. Despite previous warnings going back a year at least, no action has been taken. It has now reached the stage that it poses a serious risk to two wheeled vehicles and high risk of spring and tyre damage to cars, especially to unfamiliar users. Local users are slowing down to as little as 10/15 mph.
