Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4692171.

There is a completely dead tree that is causing residents (mainly elderly) ro be tonscared to walk beneath this dead tree. There are brachesthat have snapped off and are only being held up by other rotten branches. You as a council need to completely remove and felling. These needs you to remove asap as it's completely rotten, dead and dangerous.
