Drainage gully in road outside 66 Phillip Taylor Drive and 19 Joe Brown Close

The gully seems ok until we have downpours and then it floods on to driveways and near property. This has been reported before and not fixed. Also mentioned it is not cheshire east responsibility but it is. Note: this is nit the drain on the drive but the one on the road in the corner near to the BT junction box (in the ground).
