The bin in the children's play area

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4631704.

The bin in the children's play area is overflowing with dog waste bags (there are no specific bins in the estate but numerous dogs walked there every day). There are loose waste bags all over the footpath and play area, and it smells horrific. There are also several dog waste bags at the end of the pedestrian cut-through to Victoria Road that have been there literally months.
