This household has been spoken to on a few occasions concerning the tipping of rubbish with rats seen coming from all the rubbish in the rear garden.They have now deposited beds,mattresses,cupboards and furniture into the rear alleyway.As a community we have managed to avoid this type of action for over 10 years.
