Bus lay-by outside Holmes Chapel Primary School on Middlewich Road

The bus lay-by outside the school on Middlewich Road has parking restrictions so that it is only available for buses at certain times. Otherwise it can be used by other vehicles. However double yellow lines have been painted through the lay-by and the parking officials have been ticketing vehicles parked there. School have raised this with CECH who have acknowledged that the yellow lines have been painted in error. There has been one attempt to remove the lines but unsuccessfully.
