The tree in the photo has been dead since virgin media put in the cables I suspect they damaged the roots the tree in the middle seams to be recovering however I'm extremely concerned that it could fall in bad rain/wind damaging passing cars, children walking by especially school times, or other members of the public. Any urgent help in the matter would be greatly appreciated.
