Road surface broken up. So bad Bovis homes have barriered it off

This was signed off as safe on last fix my street request date 11/5/23. Please can you escalate higher. The construction traffic using Gaw End Lane are destroying the road surface making it dangerous for all road users whether in a vehicle, cycling or walking on the lane. I spoke to a Chris Chappelston? a while ago. The state of the lane is an accident waiting to happen. PLEASE someone help!!!
