Footpath near house on Wallhill lane

Reported via mobile in the Footway category anonymously at 16:32, Sunday 14 May 2023

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4552875.

Intimidating dog near public footpath, seems to be a guard dog without a handler, lunging and barking at the fence directly next to the public footpath. Very unpleasant and intimidating, makeshift chicken wire fence and other items seem to have been used to contain the dog, however as it's abutting the footpath, it's impossible to pass without dog lunging very close to you. Also adjacent to the road. We walked to avoid the road from the bluebell, but would rather deal with oncoming traffic, the footpath is also very overgrown in places.
