On Hunsterson Road at the junction with Crewe Road (B5071) opposite the Hunsterson Road entrance into ‘Crosslands’

This is a long-standing drainage and gully issue which is still awaiting resolution. Drainage grids and gullies on Hunsterson Road are blocked / damaged and during moderate rainfall the road becomes flooded. During heavy rainfall, the water runs onto Crewe Road and floods the garden, driveway (and on occasion the utility room) of the Crosslands Property. In the current heavy rain, the road is ‘ebbing and flowing’. It is not helped by the blockage of gullies on Crewe Road. One opposite Pine Glen (see map), has been lost in the remains of the verge for over a year and could not be cleared by Highways during the last round as it could not be opened. The gully emptier needs to clear those on Crewe Road, Hunsterson Road and Park Lane again and a scheme for repairing the primary Hunsterson Road problem needs to be addressed. Thank you.
