Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4517208.
These numerous potholes have been present for over 8 months and yet to be even marked by the authorities. Each day they become worse due to the high traffic on Davenport Avenue.
Both potholes are greater than 6 inches deep & therefore present a risk to the hundreds of vehicles using Davenport avenue each day.
They deepen each day due to their location under both wheels of the vehicles that travel over them, it is only a matter of time before vehicles are damaged and claims against the council start to accumulate.
Aside from this, the noise & vibration generated by said potholes is simply unacceptable and proving to be a serious noise nuisance for the numerous residents situated by the road. The vibrations of passing HGV’s shakes the whole building numerous times per day; not only is this causing nuisance but also most likely degrading the structural integrity of the buildings as 40+ ton lorries pass by.
With all due respect, this needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency for all residents involved. Numerous reports have been made with 0 action…
I appreciate your time & understanding in this matter.
Kind regards.
