Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4506318.
Peaks and Plains placed these steel containers here to stop people from parking because of disruption to tenants in the flats. It was promised reflective safe bollards would be places 2 years ago and have not yet been done and all requests ignored by the trust to rectify. These are unsafe, and cannot be seen at night especially because there is no lighting at all. They need to be concreted in and reflective to prevent accident and so that people and cars can see.

Thank you for contacting Cheshire East Highways. We have logged your enquiry and passed it to a member of our team.
Our teams are working hard to manage and respond to reports from members of the public.
We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries and we will be prioritising those issues that present most risk to the travelling public. While we normally aim to provide you with a response within 20 working days, response times for all other reported issues may take longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience.

This is not part of the adopted highway network, so we do not maintain it. You can search for the roads we maintain on our gazetteer: https://maps.cheshireeast.gov.uk/ ce/ adoptedroadsgazetteer/ Search.aspx. The adjacent landowners are usually responsible for maintenance. You should either contact them or the local Residents Association to let them know about the problem. We are unable to pass on details about the landowner, but you can find out information about them through The Land Registry: https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry
