Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4472751.

A number of weeks ago I reported a large hole around the drainage grid. This was repaired but the issue was that your contractor tarmaced completely over the whole grid. This was reported again by myself and you dismissed this as not a safety concern. Yes it’s not really a safety concern but who and why was this grid tarmaced over ? It’s obviously not going to drain the rain water away now . Please address this issue and remove the tarmac from the grid cover .
