Junction where Moss Lane meets A49 Whitchurch Road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4469974.

The road slopes down to the junction where Moss Lane meets A49 Whitchurch Road. As a result, it collects surface moisture and water which can quickly freeze to black ice. This can result in drivers braking and sliding (unaware of this black ice) into the path of oncoming vehicles on the main road. If there were a GRIT BOX sited on the verge we residents could quickly make use of the facility and avert a potential accident.
