Underground burst/leaking pipe believed to have been caused by a very heavy industrial vehicle having mounted verge/ pavement. I have filled in the hole in the verge with soil to avoid danger to pedestrians using the pavement/ verge but water arising from below the verge is preventing the verge from firming and it is consequently a danger
