Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4430283.

An oak tree is completely dead and has been for almost two years. This tree is at the side of a property on Farmleigh drive, number 69. This is not on their property/boundary line and sits within the hedgerow which is maintained by CEC. I am very concerned that this tree in it entirity or parts, pose a danger to life and properties as it continues to deteriorate. Particularly as this is also a very busy main road and access way.
