3rd tree along the road. Tallest on road.

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4428177.

I have noticed over the year that one the trees on the side of the road has slowly become more and more slanted. As seen below. Is there risk of it falling onto cars or property?
