End of cul de sac gets flooded when we have lots of rain. The footpath and parking space was flooded with 1 foot of water in under 10 minutes of rain because the drain needs unblocking. If is rained heavily for half a day it would start to flood the property's garden next to the drain and damage any car parked around the drain.
