Pothole on B5092 London Road South, 100m south of junction with Hope Lane on railway bridge.
Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 09:24, Fri 31 March 2023
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4380333.
One of several large potholes 75mm deep where a previous repair has failed. Large enough to present a danger to two wheeled users as they have the option of either bouncing down the pothole, steering into the loose tarmac that has come out of the pothole or risking death steering into the traffic to avoid the pothole. Cars weave around these potholes in order to avoid them. Please come and do a proper permanent repair, and also sweep up the loose gravel that has accumulated as the tarmac from the hole has spread across the road.
