Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4374252.
Three way traffic lights all on red and have been all day with workers directing traffic in the afternoon but abandoned this just prior to rush hour. At this point traffic was backed up all the way to the junction with Remer St/Sydney Road. Absolute chaos , why has this been allowed?
