Another bag dropped outside my garage. Do people ever get punished for this or do you just get rid of it and hope no one does it again? The weather has started to warm up already, the flies are about to start coming back. This summer I will report every single bag and bin dropped here until this stops - it’s just as bad the other end of the alleyway. Someone is a repeat offender in this neighbourhood, they need punishment/fining
