Blocked drain outside the border between Laburnum Cottage and the new Inglewood development

This drain is blocked and causes surface water to flow directly into the neighbouring property. The issue has been reported and chased up several times, with requests for help to resolve the problem by having the blocked drain cleared. Unfortunately, the drain has not been cleared. The surface water which should flow away down the drain is flowing straight into a neighbouring driveway, creating a huge mess and inconvenience.
