Oak tree walk, Wistaston, crewe

Someone from nearby houses cuts their trees and branches and dumps them under trees. After a period of time there is quite a lot of dried ranches and leaves in a pile. Last year there was a fire incident there. Teenagers lit similar pile and large part of shrubs, trees and back fence of two of the properties were damaged as result.

Most of them new branches are freshly cut. I pulled them out from under the trees and put them in a large pile on grass area. As seen on photos. Can someone come out in suitable vehicle to collect it please.
