I called up on Saturday 18th March at 3.00pm to report the pothole. However, there is no record of me logging this issue, so I am reporting it again so I can get a reference number to my a claim for damage to my vehicle.

There were 3 other cars that also had punctures to their front left, passenger side wheel on this day & time.

I’m unsure if the pothole has now been filled in.
