Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4338993.
This gully is completely blocked and covered with mud. I reported it was blocked a few months ago and was told it would be dealt with as part of routine gully emptying. The team was in Church Bank on Saturday and again today emptying all gullys. Unfortunately this one was missed (perhaps because it cannot be easily seen under the mud) . Please don't tell me it will be dealt with during scheduled maintenance because it has clearly been missed. It is seriously blocked and does not drain any of the water running down the gutter.

We deal with gullies based on the level of immediate risk. We have assessed this location and it is not considered to present an immediate danger to highway users at this time. We are due to empty the gullies here as part of our routine programme in the next 12 weeks. This means we will not visit before the scheduled visit unless there is an immediate threat to life or the inside of property.
