On the middle position of the carriageway of Mill Green, outside the barrier of Maccarthy Stone apartment block at 21, Mill Green, there is a square grid cover that makes a loud double noise when vehicles drive over it with their two offside wheels in each direction of travel. This happens scores of times a day, for 4 months, now, causing annoyance to the elderly residents living in the apartments, and in surrounding properties. Please fix as soon as practicable.
