Outside Willow Bank

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4334936.

Outside Willow Bank the road has totally eroded on one side and iron works exposed the grids are blocked, and it is always full of water making it difficult to see, its currently 3 foot long and 2 foot wide and around 3 to 4 inches deep
