Speed bumps disintegrating and leaving rubble and potholes

The speed bumps by the pub are disintegrating again. There are potholes and the material coming out of the potholes is creating a lot of debris on the road and pavement. Cars parked could be damaged by the debris- and it is stopping probably encouraging the build up of surface water as less able to drain. This road is a rat run so is very busy. The holes are getting bigger and will damage cars that are unaware they are there.
