Terrible repair, failing already

This issue is reported in 4068067, amongst other reports. It was 'repaired' it last week. The attached photos show the terrible attempt, with multiple parts of the holes not filled in at all, a hole less than 1 metre away just ignored, and what has been filled is already decomposing because it has just been thrown down without care or attention.

This needs doing again, properly, as what has been done so far is hopeless. I would remind that the 'repair' carried out this week is a fix to another poor repair carried out last September.

This has been escalated to Councillor Rachel Bailey, as an appalling waste of taxpayer's money.
