Bend on middlewood road by golf club and park lane as you join from middlewood road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4320650.

There are several potholes which are of concern which I contact you about today. One on the bed passed Golf club heading towards the a6. It has been like it for a number of weeks/months, to avoid it you have to go over to the other side of the road, on a bend which is not ideal. At 37 middlewood road we have a Dean which is starting to collapse at the entrance to our driveway. There are at least three if not four large and deep potholes on park lane, as you join it from middlewood road where the gas works sign is and before you get to the place where there are rows of houses on both sides of the road. I am genuinely concerned about all of these damaging our cars.
