Outside 140-142 booth lane extending to 138 and 144 booth lane during periods of rain. Appears to be a blocked drain. Any small amount of rain fall stands for days and does not appear to go until it dries. The rain water extends over the footpath and onto the driveway of 142 during heavy rainfall. Traffic drive through the flooding grid and splashed over the property wall and vehicles. Standing water stays for days
