Roadside fencing from Whitley brook farm to motorway bridge
Reported via mobile in the Fencing/Walls category anonymously at 11:53, Wed 15 March 2023
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4315969.
For two years now the roadside fencing on Whitley Lane bordering our farm has fully collapsed for the best part of 100 yards; the stretch running from our gates to the m6 motorway bridge. Neither the fence nor the trees are our responsibility as they are on highways side of Whitley Brook. The trees are fallen and not maintained continuing to cause damage, including opposite our house directly where a very large tree has fallen due to the flooding we get outside our gates. There has been no maintenance of our roadside fence in the 20 years we have lived here. It is unsightly and shameful the way this has been allowed to deteriorate. Can you please ask for this to be looked at urgently and repaired. Thank you Dr and Mrs Clare 07712770161
